For the beginning swimmer, we focus on water acclimation, breath control, and the basics of competitive swimming strokes.

For the intermediate swimmer, we continue to develop breath control and we refine the competitive swimming strokes.

For the advanced swimmer, we polish the swimming technique and improve endurance in the competitive strokes.
